XAUUSD and other leveraged products can move rapidly. Slippage, gaps, liquidity changes and leverage may create losses larger or faster than expected. You should trade only where legally permitted and only with risk capital you can afford to lose.
2. Analytical limitations
Technical analysis is probabilistic, not predictive certainty. Direction clouds, moving averages, structure, volume distributions, triangles, diamonds and dashboard states can be late, false, conflicting or unsuitable for a particular market environment.
3. Open-candle behavior
An open candle continues to change. Intrabar price, volume and observation states may therefore change before the bar closes. Confirmed direction relies on closed-bar information, but close confirmation can miss the earliest part of a move and does not guarantee correctness.
4. No instructions or guarantee
Displayed levels and states are analytical references, not orders to buy, sell, hold, place a stop or take profit. Taoguang does not provide signals, account management, personalized recommendations, guaranteed win rates, controlled drawdowns or profit promises.
5. Historical material and feedback
Screenshots, replays, examples and user experiences explain product structure and reading methods. They may use selected historical periods and do not represent live analysis or promise that future markets or users will produce comparable outcomes.
6. Technology and third parties
TradingView, data feeds, browsers, networks and devices may fail, delay, differ or become unavailable. Symbols and broker feeds can produce different prices or structures. Always verify information independently and maintain contingency procedures.
7. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for deciding whether the product suits your knowledge, jurisdiction, strategy and financial circumstances. Maintain your own risk limits and seek independent professional advice where appropriate. A five-trading-day trial helps assess the interface; it cannot establish future profitability.
