2. Information we may handle
- Your public TradingView username, preferred contact identifier and messages you choose to send.
- Trial, authorization, subscription-cycle, activation, rebinding and support records.
- Basic website request logs and anonymous interaction events used for security and product-site improvement.
We do not need or request your TradingView password, broker login, trading-account information, bank-card details, private API keys or account funds.
3. Why we use it
Information is used only to answer enquiries, verify eligibility, deliver or manage invite-only access, provide product support, prevent abuse, maintain records required by law and understand whether the website is functioning correctly. We limit collection to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by hosting, communications, analytics or security providers where needed to operate the service, or disclosed when required by law. We do not authorize service providers to use it for unrelated purposes.
5. Retention and security
Records are retained only for the period reasonably needed for access administration, support, security, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized where practical. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, withdraw optional consent, or ask how it has been used. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to establish and defend legal rights.
7. Age, international visitors and updates
The product is intended for adults. Public international subscriptions and USD payment are not currently open. This English policy supports international visitors during the pre-launch period; paid mainland-China access remains subject to the Chinese documents presented before activation. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
